There’s something to be said about a company that cannot keep their word from day one. The interview process seemed disorganized as none of the interviewers were on the same page. After the second interview, was advised that I would hear back with the hiring decision regardless if I was selected or not. Unfortunately none of the interviewers reached out despite leaving a voicemail. Companies, please know that this reflects on your business as a whole.

Disorganized Hiring Process and; Lack of Communication
I interviewed for the Intake Manager position at LifeStance on February 4th and was told I would hear back by the end of the day. After not receiving a response, I followed up with the recruiter on February 6th, but I never received any update. As of today, my application still shows as "pending" in their system, but there has been no communication from the company.
A simple update—whether I was selected or not—would have been appreciated. The lack of follow-through reflects poorly on the hiring process, and I hope LifeStance improves their communication with candidates in the future.
