It was easy and flowing. Open discussion style interview - both able to ask and answer questions, address concerns or adjustments with schedule, etc. Was overall a positive interview experience, however, I wish they would have been more upfront with their rapid expansion, and were more clear in their job description. They say your job description is one thing, but then you are left with a long list of other responsibilities and tasks outside of what you were hired to do and agreed to be paid for upon hiring.
