Interviewed with the VP and 4 other people that directly worked with the position. Sat in a room while each interviewer came in one at a time. Each had 30 minutes to ask me questions.

Tell me about a time when you worked with a team, what the challenge was and what you did to overcome it?
First there will be a virtual interview and then a face to face interview with managers. Its a long process and its important to know a little about the company
It is the most stringent interview process I have been through. You need to do three different interviews including a full day meeting with at least 5 different people. They actually give you a tour of the facility and provide you with lunch. The people you meet show you their passion for working there.
