I recently applied for a position with Lifeloop and was asked to complete an assessment as part of the hiring process. Despite taking the time to complete the assessment, I never heard back from the company. Adding to my frustration, I’ve noticed this position has been posted repeatedly on LinkedIn, which suggests either high turnover or poor hiring practices.
For a company that isn’t widely recognized, this level of communication and professionalism is disappointing. A simple follow-up, even if to inform candidates they weren’t selected, would go a long way in building credibility and respect. I hope Lifeloop considers improving their candidate communication process in the future.
