Applied online, contacted via phone by Ops department head to schedule 1v1 interview. Short situational and experience questions. Final interview with GM a few days later.

Asked to memorize mission and vision and talk about what it means.
Phone screening, interview with department head, then interview with general manager. Basic fit questions (describe a time you had to work in a team, make a difficult decision, etc.), know about the mission, and they spend much of the time describing the role.

Interviews With Ops DH and Member Services DH. Easy questions and had to memorize the mission and vision Statements. It was hard to Contact the DH but that was before I realized that they are very busy and are normally not near a phone. THe questions were easy and pretty much conversational.
