Took about 2 weeks. In person interview with director of the summer camp. Then interview with one of the managers of the companies. Waited only a few days in between each interview to find out the next steps
Easy. Very simple for anyone, regardless of their experience. A key is to be genuine and energetic. Very informal as well, no need to go super formal in answers or attire.

Entretien
Very simple, 15 minute phone interview asking about experience and availability. Then go in for a 15 minute "audition" with a class. The audition is a little more difficult but everyone is very nice. They are looking for creativity and interaction with the kids.
