3 step interview process - first over phone, then in person, then in person "hands on" to test ability to walk fitness floor. Each phase was slightly more difficult, each requiring to showcase more skills that would support success in the job applied for.

Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
