Then 1:1 interview mainly targeted selection questions along with general interview questions about your background. Then one to a practical interview where you work someone out. Final interview with general manager.

Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
