Challenging and life-giving interview process. Began with a phone interview, then walked through some self awareness testing, and finally went through an on-site interview. This on-site interview consisted of a round robin style phase of questions, then two one on one interview sessions.

Life giving! My wife and I were excited to see how the process would go, but our expectations were blown out of the water. Life.Church is so gracious and graceful through this entire experience and we are so glad we went through this process.

Entretien
It is long but very impactful. There is an event but also multiple video interviews before the interview event. Worship requires leading at a campus. It is challenging but helps you discover more about who you are as a leader and person.

A very involved process that helps develop you whether or not you get a job from this organization. They care about you and for you through the entire process and make you feel welcome and valued.
