Phone screening and Virtual interview. Seemed like neither the recruiter or interviewer actually asked me very many questions. Did not get the job but it was frankly awkward and difficult to talk to them. They pretty much told me that I would be recruiting the entire time, and it was difficult to keep the interviewers attention despite literally having been an HR recruiter previously, and doing this exact job even more flushed out. All I really remember is that they gave me an interview, but it never really seemed like they were interested in interviewing me, with a shockingly low level of questions.
