It was a very quick interview and was told after I had gotten the job because of a need for help during the weekends and on game days. When going in to fill out paperwork, manager was late and didn't share everything I needed to know until a month later.

You sit down with one of the managers and they ask you what good customer service is for you, and to give examples of any time you gave good customer service.
