one on one followed by assignment of store standards and job shadowing. i was called at the Mississauga location and met the director. next phase was to visit two stores and submit an assignment. in between were phone screenings by two sr. DM . followed by a job shadow of a DM . after 2 weeks of my job shadow i was informed that they have decided to move in other direction. the overall experience became bad as i contacted several times during the 2 weeks period and did not get an response.
