J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lidl en juil. 2025
Entretien
I applied online and was invited to interview a couple of weeks afterwards. The interview process was relatively short compared to standard processes, with only two interviews. The first was online, and the second was in person at the Lidl offices in Tallaght. For the second interview, I had to present a 15-minute presentation. Following this second round, I was told I’d hear back in 1-2 weeks. After 10 days, applicants received a generic email that the process was taking a while and we should hear back start of the following week.
By Thursday of the following week, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I emailed to check in. It was then that I was informed that I didn’t get the role and that the HR person had come back from leave and was catching up. I then requested feedback and never received any further communication from them.
It was all quite disappointing. A 15-minute presentation is an enormous amount of effort to invest in something with little to no return. I find it disrespectful to candidates to expect them to give so much to not only not provide feedback, but to have to chase for a follow-up.

Hard questions, timed at each stage. Was all online the interview process currently 3 different stages to go through. Need to have some good background knowledge of the company for answering the questions
