Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.

Relaxed environment, given a bottle of water on arrival.
Easy questions if you've worked in retail before - mostly experience based questions such as name a time you had a difficult customer and how did you overcome the barrier they provided

Name a time you went over and above for a customer regarding customer service
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Entretien
Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
