Experience in customer service, stock management is favourable. Having good communication and coordination with others is key. Most of the time is the openness to receive training and learn quickly on the job especially since the shop is very busy. It's good to show initiative and ask if one is not sure.

I liked it very much. They were very attentive to all of my questions, and they were very friendly. Even though I didn’t get the job, probably due to my lack of experience, it was a good experience, and I will probably apply to another location of Lidl in the future.
The interviewer asked about my backgorund and past experiences and was very easy, got the job but rejected because had better options. Now I'm a cashier at Burger King and earning last but at least, it tastes as king.
The interview was very fast and professional. I applied online, they called me for a short meeting, and we discussed my availability and previous experience in retail. Everything was very clear.
