After a reading comprehension, maths and logic test, applicants have to do a video interview (film yourself answering to questions). This is very uncomfortable and inorganic. It put me off the company as I felt my time was not respected.

Entretien
Als erstes gab es einen Video Call mit dem HR Department. Danach musste man mehrere logische und analytische Tests - höheres Niveau - online erfüllen. Das Ganze ging mehrere Stunden. Dazu kam auch eine Videoaufnahme von sich selbst. Am Ende wurde man zum vor Ort Gespräch mit Fallstudie eingeladen.

In depth, online assessment. Prompt feedback but no consideration of the actual person. No personal contact was allowed, not even a phone call. For a managerial position I would always want to speak to the person first
