Entretien
Well structured. Interview by three members of staff including two managers. Asked questions about myself and the business and how I would react to different scenarios eg, responding to a safety issue when there are customers at the tills / asking a question etc. Express knowledge about the wider business too as they offer good career progression. Well conducted interview and friendly staff.
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Entretien
Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
