J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lidl (Sowerby Bridge, England) en févr. 2015
Entretien
Applied online, took around 3 weeks to hear back that I had an interview, attended the interview which was conducted by the district manager and assistant manager, both were very pleasant and seemed interested in my answers, I was invited to a job trial 2 days later and told to bring my passport with me. On the job trial I worked with the manager for around 15-20 mins removing empty cardboard from the fruit and veg section. I then went back in to see the district manager and the manager was present, I was told they would be happy to offer me the position.
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
