Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.

Applied online, received a phone call from an area manager a few weeks later to invite me to interview at the store I applied for.
Went for the interview with the area manager and the store manager.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Entretien
Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
