Entretien
I applied via Indeed.com where I had to provide a CV and Cover Letter and complete an online quiestionnaire (20 mins). I received a response after about a week or so inviting me for an interview in the store I had applied for where I was met by the manager of the store for a 1:1 interview.

Describe a situation where you have gone above and beyond when providing a service?
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Entretien
Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
