All in all it was a really quick interview. The phone interview seemed to last longer and was more in depth with the question. During the interview I told a bit about myself and my background and my experiences. Then I was asked some competency based questions and how I would handle stress. At the end there was also a little 'role play' or 'case scenario' about a typical daily work situation.
