I was disappointed to make it to final round (last of two candidates) and to receive a standard email from Lidl stating they offered to other person. When you prepare a presentation, I think there should be a phone call to let you know you didn't get the job, and, if possible, some feedback as to why. Made me wonder whether I'd want to work for a company like that..
