I initialy applied throught the companies website. Two days later I got an email invitation to an Online Assessment Center. I had one week to complete it. The AC was very demanding and took about an hour. Two weeks after the AC I was invited for an interview at the HQ in Germany. The meeting was about an hour. HR and marketin exec were very friendly.
