Really simple and straightforward, got back to me really fast and the overall process from application took less than 2 weeks. There was an initial screening, upon successful completion of which an in person interview was arranged.

It was a group interview, we were asked questions in turn in a group and then had to answer a basic math and English literacy test whilst the other candidates were interviewed on a one-to-one basis.

It was smooth. It is a good thing they provide a platform for many people to work with so that they can earn their livelihood. General questions were asked and then we moved to specific questions which is nice way to transition and get to know more about the applicant

Two stage process of online assessment and in person interview - in person interview was carried out by two members of staff - standard retail interview questions were asked such as experience of customer service and ability to work in a team.
