J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lidl en avr. 2016
Entretien
First stage interview was a group interview at the RDC, initial presentation on to numeracy test then 1:1 interview. Felt quite rushed as they had said the 1:1 was 5 minutes. How do you sell yourself in 5 minutes?
Second stage was an interview at local Lidl store. Had to wait around 20 minutes as the area manager was late, for then they didn't even have my CV or any notes of previous interview.
Most of the interview, which lasted an hour, was talking about my previous employer, ( competitor), so felt like it was more of a chit chat. Nothing really about myself.

Question 1
How would you get somebody to do something if they were really busy?
What would you do straight away if you were a manager of this store?
What KPI's did your previous employer have?
Very friendly environment and helpful employees. They made me feel very welcome and they were open to talk about all the details of the job. Even if I didn't get hired in the end, the process was very pleasant and I would re-apply given the opportunity.
