J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lidl (Leeds, England) en mai 2016
Entretien
I applied online. First test was a telephone interview. Then group interview followed by an individual interview.
The telephone interview was easy as long as you're prepared you'll be okay
The group interview was alright, basic stuff
The one on one interview was more intense, firing questions and senarios at you that you have half a second to respond to

My experience with this company was very poor.
I initially applied for a position and was contacted by phone to confirm my interest. After that, an interview was scheduled, which I confirmed and attended as agreed.
However, after some time, I received an email stating that I did not attend the interview and that my application was considered withdrawn — which is simply not true, as I was present and completed the interview.
I reached out to clarify the situation and had to wait almost a week for them to investigate what should have been a simple mistake. When they finally responded, I was informed that I was not selected for a sales position in a city I never applied for.
They apologized and explained it was a system error — but at that point, there had already been two major system errors during my application process.
Overall, this was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with a company that presents itself as organized and a desirable employer. Unfortunately, my experience showed the opposite.
