J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lidl
Entretien
I firstly applied online to the store. Got an email a couple of days later asking me to do a phone interview. Had to phone up to book a slot, which was simple. Phone interview was booked for 2 days later. Woman on the phone was very calming and it was a pretty relaxed call. Simple questions if you've done your research on lidl and the job you're applying for. She told me there and then I'd passed the phone interview, and was asked to attend a group interview a week later. Attended this, around 6 people there. We was given a 10-15 minute presentation then asked one by one to interview. Simple questions again, very laid back, just about hours you can etc, why lidl. Few days later I got offered a job, firstly tho I've got to complete a training day first in there distribution centre. Simple process, just do your research on lidl.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Why lidl?
What do you know about lidl?
What do you think the job entails?
Why should we chose you over other people?
What experience have you got in retail or similar?
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
