Entretien
I underwent two rounds for the job opportunity. The initial round was a telephone interview conducted by the Human Resources department. Surprisingly, the focus was primarily technical, covering various aspects pertinent to the job role. The second round, however, was a panel interview involving the hiring manager and two other team members. Contrary to the first round, this session focused exclusively on behavioral questions, which deviated from my expectations based on the initial interaction. One noteworthy observation: The job listing reappeared the following month. This leads me to speculate that either no candidates were selected, or the company might be "resume farming," possibly in response to economic downturn conditions. As for post-interview feedback, I initiated contact via email. The reply I received was generic, stating they had chosen another candidate but failing to provide any specific details on areas for improvement or reasons for the decision.
