I had a group interview with my potential co-workers, it was challenging without being overwhelming. The person that hired me was the district manager for our area. I was hired over phone, with my experience as my background was in cpa industry, tax department administrator. I was hired same day.

The first round of the interview was fairly straightforward and focused on behavioral questions. The discussion mainly revolved around my previous experience, where I was asked to walk through my tax background, key responsibilities, and how I’ve handled different workplace situations.
