The interview was set up through campus recruiting at my university. I was contacted to schedule an interview a month or so after I applied. The interviewer was nice. The first 5 or 10 minutes were pretty much just him introducing himself and describing his professional background. There were only four questions if I remember correctly, although each had multiple parts. They were basically just asking me to describe a certain time I did something. The answers were expected in the Situation, Task, Action, Result format and were recorded on paper as I answered. They let me know the next day via e-mail that I had not moved on to the next round.

I just had the first interview, which was a 30-minute behavioral interview with someone from HR. The person was really nice and made it seem like a conversation, not just an interview.
