Once a recruiter reached out to me to schedule an interview, the process took about a week.
I initially applied in December, but the job posting mentioned that applicants wouldn't hear back until January. In January a recruiter for the company reached out to me to schedule an interview with a hiring manager. I scheduled one for the following day.
The interview was done via video chat with two managers. They asked about my general work background, and then asked several behavioral type questions. They were both very engaging and easy to talk to, and no awkwardness.
A couple of days after the interview my recruiter reached out to me via phone to let me know they have an offer for me and went over salary, opportunities and benefits they offer. Once she went over everything with me she asked if I wanted time to think about the offer or if I was ready to accept the offer. She wasn't pushy at all about it. I decided to accept the offer on the spot and she sent over the paperwork to read over before officially accepting the offer and signing.
This was all pending a background investigation, to verify work history, credit report, criminal history, education and if eligible to work in the US. It took less than a week for the background check to clear.
The whole process was seamless and stress free. The recruiter who initially reached out to me was fantastic! I am so glad she saw my resume and decided to let me have an opportunity to have an interview. I loved that they didn't do the pre-recorded video type interviews and that I had a chance to actually talk to people and engage with my interviewers. Great experience overall and I'm looking forward to working with this company.
