Received phone call from recruiter to schedule an interview. Received a confirmation letter stating where, when, and what to bring. Very professional. Went to my interview. Interviewed. Thought it went excellent as the people interviewing me kept repeating that I was exactly what they are looking for, my skills were exactly what they were looking for, they would be lucky to get me because I have more experience than what they were hoping for, etc. At one point they even said they would like to hire me now so they could transfer me into a position they were creating for the very near future. Five days later, I received a letter stating that I was no longer being considered for the position as others were more qualified than me. Guess, I wasn't really EXACTLY what they were LOOKING or HOPING for after all. I have never been so confused and disappointed.
