It was a very laid back interview. I walked in and the guy started asking me about my sales experience. I talked about my sales experience. He was impressed. He made me fill out a survey to see how well my education and attrition was. We went out to lunch.

Pretty standard interview. Not difficult at all. Be prepared. Act natural and be yourself. During the interview they explained their interview experience and their time at the company. They also showed how passionate they were about the company.
