I completed an application. I then took an assessment. Spoke with initial talent acquisition specialist. Did not continue to second application based on hours. I don’t have much more to say to get up to the 30 word threshold.

Application was done on the Liberty Mutual Site. Then asked to do the assessment. Maybe 2 days later I was asked to schedule a phone interview with the recruiter. At the end of that interview I was then asked to schedule my next interview with a Manager. 2 days after I got an offer.

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Liberty Mutual Insurance (Columbus, OH) en janv. 2021

      Entretien

The first interview I had was with the recruiter. She was very nice. She asked me about my job history and if the hours of the position worked for me. She went over the job details and stated that she was happy that I had alot of call center experience and said that people with the most call center experience do the best at the position. She wanted to know other jobs that I applied at and how much they paid. Second interview was with a manager and he asked alot of behavioral questions. Very extensive questioning as if you are trying to get into the CIA. Wanted to know very detailed information and then suddenly said we are going to do a role play, I'm the customer and just called you. GO! That was so difficult when you have to make up questions on the spot without having any systems up or know their script or how they do things. Especially when it is unexpected and not being prepared for that. I froze and couldn't think of anything to say. I normally do really well in real life situations but some people can't make up things on the spot during an unrealistic role play when caught off guard. If it weren't for the role play that had nothing to do with someones actual talents under real life circumstances I would have done well. I guess if you are good at role play you would get the job although you may be horrible in a real life circumstance. That should not base your actual talents. Hardest interview process I have ever been through.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

How do you sell? Name a time that your manager gave you constructive feedback and you disagreed? What feedback did a manager give you that changed the way you sold? Challenging sales I have had and what they looked like? What you say to a customer that's in a hurry and only wants a quote and needs to think about it? How do you convert your leads? If a customer doesn't want to purchase an insurance policy what motivates you to try and make the sale? What did your sales numbers look like in previous roles? Why do you want to work for Liberty Mutual? What metrics did you work off of in other call centers? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What does your close look like? How would I cross sell products?
