Entretien pour Core Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster

      3 juin 2019
      Candidat à l'entretien anonyme
      Lake Mary, FL
      Aucune offre
      Expérience négative
      Entretien difficile

      Candidature

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Liberty Mutual Insurance (Lake Mary, FL) en mai 2019

      Entretien

I was contacted for an interview over the phone. Then about a week later I was scheduled with two hiring managers at the Lake Mary office. I went through intensive STAR based questions. Then I was asked to stay for another round of intensive STAR based questions with two more hiring managers. THEN I was asked to stay for job shadowing. This was over two hours. I waited three days to get a rejection letter. This is awful and no one should have two hours of their time wasted and have to go through the same two rounds of interviews only to be rejected. This is awful. Do not ask a candidate to stay for two hours with no intentions of hiring. I am already licensed and that would save the company an immense amount of training and money. This is disrespectful and I do not have a good impression of Liberty Mutual because of this and I would not reccommend anyone to apply here. They waste your time and effort. The integrity of this hiring process is flawed. If I ever need insurance I would not buy from this company either. They have shown in sample calls in my interview how they handle claims. They low ball settlements and they do not care about the insured. They care about bottom lines. They asked me to listen to real call settlements and I was appalled and my jaw hit the floor.
