The interview process is extensive and demands a good deal of time and travel to meet with various managers. There seems to be a misalignment of resources in the metro Atlanta area with some of the managers not very happy with Liberty's new remote work plans.

They ask you to deliver a business plan and fill out lead cards as part of the interview process. They then want to retain your contacts & business ideas and distribute it to their internal team to utilize.

Pretty standard interview. Not difficult at all. Be prepared. Act natural and be yourself. During the interview they explained their interview experience and their time at the company. They also showed how passionate they were about the company.
