Internal hire that was recommended by a colleague. I met the manager for coffee and our initial conversation acted as an unofficial first round interview. The second round included meeting a handful of managers in the department that were 30 minutes in length.

The process was typical. A first interview with the immediate supervisor and the department's lead. Then a second interview with SVP and a member of management. The first interview went well. The second was when they showed their true colors.

Entretien
Three rounds of interviews - first with the hiring manager and then 2 with the team. All fairly standard, no trick/pointless questions. Unfortunately, there was a hiring freeze during the process and the opening was cancelled.
