This interview experience is an interesting one. I applied through their career website and received a response to finish a basic online quiz the next day. Really easy and straightforward, just basic math and some questions. Then got scheduled for a phone interview about 2 days later from the HR department for a week later. The local recruiter for some reason did not call me so had to reschedule it again to next week. And when the recruiter did call, it is pretty clear they probably have someone else in mind so it is kinda just a formality and went through pretty quick. I answered like 2 or 3 behavior questions and it took like ~30 minutes. Didn't hear back from like 3 weeks, then received a call out of blue one day from the hiring manager and asking if I am still interested. Schedule a face to face interview the next week, went in and had a good time talking with the hiring manager. It was basically conversation style, asked me some questions about my education background and experiences. Got an offer three days later and accepted it.
