My interview process was fairly straight forward. I applied to the position through the website and was offered a phone interview (your basic screening interview). Don't remember that part being too challenging, I felt the recruiter had her mind made up that I was qualified and as long as i didn't bomb she was going to put me through. A couple days later I got the call back to do a face to face with the hiring manager. I met with him and one other person. Again straight forward (a little more challenging) and about 2 hours in duration. I heard back quickly. Longest part was the background check (the agency they use is a little slow!)
