I applied for two positions. The HR person emailed me about the one I'd prefer, and more recent posting. When he called, the job he was interviewing for was the other one. Looking back, I should have rescheduled at that point. But anyway, the interview started with a couple questions about why I applied for the position, relating to the position itself as well as the company. From there, all of the questions sounded like they were read from a script. "Sometimes/often XXXXX happens/is important, tell me about a time you XXXXXX." As an example, "Team work is often important in the workplace, tell me about a time when you were able to develop a compromise to get a project done." Not exact, but something like that. The questions asked were related to 'your top 3 skills', teamwork, overcoming adversity, relationship building, and decision making. He then described the position, followed by the rest of the hiring process.
