Pretty standard process, was initially a phone interview with HR recruitment agent. The next step was a phone interview with the hiring manager and then the last step was a face to face interview. This wasn't a strict question and answer interview, more like a relaxed discussion with different managers. Made for a relaxed and open environment

Interviewed with 3 people. First person wanted to know about your PBA skills. One tough question was to know how to handle a difficult stake holder. second interviewer was technical. Third interviewer sounded like she liked me.
