Entretien
I met with the hiring manager (Accounting advisory manager) accompanied by a lady working in tax. The hiring manager explained about the role for forty seconds and the rest of the interview time he spent bouncing jumping from general topic to another topic to evaluate my knowledge. The question were too general and not relevant to the job requirement (shared in the job description). Examples: what is consolidation? The answer he expected seemed to be his own experience and any other answers would not be related to him. The lady also asked a few random questions every now and then. Not sure if they the right people to interview candidates. There was not a path and process through the interview and both interviewers bounced around randomly from subject to subject.
