Applied online through a referral and whole process took 1 week. Interview was easy and the environment was casual. After the one on one interview I was taken to the call center division and was asked to hear a paragraph and then type it to on the computer and I was allowed to ask questions and spellings. Total time spent at the office was over 1 hr.
