Le processus de l'entretien était classique : présentation et déroulé des expériences, qualités et défauts argumentés, échange en anglais, présentation du poste, demande de prétentions salariales et de la disponilbilité, questions sur la moblité. EN tout 5 entretiens avant l'embauche : cabinet de recrutement, manager, membre de l'équipe, N+2, RH

2 part interview - 1st with hiring mgr and counterpart - basic questions; 2nd interview with 2 PMs - not much of an interview. The one PM admitted she didn't know how to interview. The other asked what I do outside of work on my spare time. That's a question from the 90s. Neither PMs asked questions in relation to the position.

Entretien
Had 2 interviews total with 2 people total. Super easy, not intimidating and very open. There was no beating around the bush either. Direct questions and there was no guesswork needed to get through the interview.

Entretien
Not very challenging, Laidback which was nice but I expected a more professional and rigid process. More of a friendly conversation than an interview. Little structure to the interview process and questioning.
