Written tests followed by video interviews. Thorough, I was given plenty of time, and it was a very professionally handled process. The recruiter was great, honest (honestly), and guided me through the steps. I didn't get the job but harbour no ill will at all, they were great.

It was a nice relaxed interview. I did get an offer but I was requested to start very soon than I could. I did write to them once I was available but got no response.
