The interview was a phone interview with the hiring manager. Our discussion was a collaborative conversation that discussed my work ethic and my level of experience. This was key to the department as they wanted me to understand my role and acclimate smoothly. Because of my ability to be very flexible and accommodating to the department, I was hired. It was a wonderful experience to work with the technical and medical staff.
