Interview process was with Assistant director of a live sports venue (NBA). I was present with a current employee as a reference. Despite being very qualified for the position and eager to join the team... my Salary expectations were too high (still within their range listed online). Very disappointing. The position has since been re-filled 4 times over 2 years.
