J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Levy (Leicester, Angleterre) en juil. 2015
Entretien
They invited me for a face to face interview. They only asked a few simple questions. They then gave us a a sheet with questions on. The questions caught me off guard and required the candidate to know which wine glasses are used for different types, which cutlery is used for which course and where it is arranged around the table and which side of the customer you serve from. I obviously didn't do so well on the quiz as I have never worked as a waiter before. They instead gave me a job as a catering assistant. Which ended up being a glorified fast food worker in the football stadium Kiosk.

The interview was very laid-back and casual. It felt more like a conversation and wasn't intimidating at all. The director and manager were very friendly and provided lots of information about the position
