The process was fairly straightforward. I applied online and then completed an online interview (no interviewers, just the computer asking the questions). After that, I did a phone interview with the manager. She was really nice, and all the questions were relevant and simple. Then, I was asked to submit a writing sample (prompt given) as the last round.
