I was recruited through my university. First interview was a basic discussion about my background in tech and coding and the second was a technical. The questions were focused around past classes I've taken and my knowledge of technical concepts. The interviewers were really nice!

The first interview was a 30 minute on campus interview (behavioral), next was technical Skype session, and last was an onsite interview with three 45 minute interviews (one behavioral, one group, one technical).

Very basic interview. Meet with the head recruiter on campus and a year old hire who was an alum. Focused on my knowledge of and experience with back end processes, then when I told them I preferred front end design, they spoke to me about their Innovation Process.
